A 17-year-old assassin who is suspended after a botched mission in Japan. During this time, she crosses paths with 11-year-old Monji, who has just lost his mother.
The film follows Codename 13 as she tries to help Monji find his missing father and protect him from a dangerous crime syndicate. Along the way, she must also confront her own past and the dark forces that threaten to consume her.
